Over two live sessions and four self-paced modules, you will explore DEI foundations, stakeholder engagement, bias, and sustainability—culminating in a comprehensive DEI plan.

To be considered for CDTP, applicants must either:
- Demonstrate that they are currently in (or have previously been in) a leadership role in the travel industry
- Submit a message of endorsement on organizational letterhead from the CEO (or equivalent) from their organization
