What happens at the Forum?
Our Forums will have a more localized focus, including DEI think tanks, sessions for local youth, DEI workshops for local workforce, and career exploration opportunities.
Who is it for?
This forum is designed to strengthen the travel industry workforce by empowering youth to pursue travel as a profession or leisurely activity and connecting members of the travel industry.

EVENT DETAILS
Travel industry professionals are invited to the Travel Unity Forum: Cayuga County, where we will discuss current issues around DEI in the travel industry, followed by a networking lunch.
AGENDA:
9a-10a: Registration & Networking
10a-12p: DEI Think Tank
12p-1p: Lunch
1p-1:30p: Career Experiences Session
During lunch, participants will meet local high school students, hear about their parallel experiences from the morning (students will be off-site in the morning, engaging with other TU facilitators), and inspire students to consider careers in the travel industry.
After lunch, during the Career Experiences Session, we will invite industry colleagues to come up front and share their experiences in the travel industry with students.
$25 for Travel Unity Alliance and NYSTIA members. $50 for non-members. Tickets include lunch.
