Our process involves a philosophical balance between two components:
- helping individuals and organizations form a DEI mindset
- working to create codified processes and institutional memory around DEI
Our organizational work aligns with our DEI Standards for Travel & Tourism and can help you become Certified by Travel Unity.

How to work with Travel Unity
- Become a member of the Travel Unity Alliance to learn from others and share your work around applied DEI
- Bring Travel Unity in for workshops and to help guide your organization’s DEI initiatives
- Fill out our intake form, email services@travelunity.org, or call (212) 923-7704
- Gain certification in applied DEI
- Train your staff on the basics of applied DEI through our foundational certificate, TUIC
- Learn about DEI alongside other industry leaders (and craft a Comprehensive DEI Plan) in our Certified DEI Travel Professional (CDTP) program
- Demonstrate alignment with our DEI Standards for Travel and Tourism by becoming Certified by Travel Unity
