Roni Weiss is the Executive Director of Travel Unity, a nonprofit advancing inclusion and belonging across the travel industry. He led the creation of the industry’s first inclusion standards and oversees certification, consulting, and Alliance programs — helping organizations translate values into practice.
As a speaker, Roni is known for being engaging, candid, and grounded. His work sits at the intersection of education and the travel industry, with a focus on making inclusion understandable rather than overwhelming. Roni grew up in Snohomish County, Washington, began college at age 10, and earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Drama and English at 18.
