We're looking for an exceptional AI-Forward Copywriter who is equally passionate about copywriting and AI automation.
This isn't a traditional copywriting role. We're looking for someone who is obsessed with using AI to build faster, smarter content workflows.
You'll be responsible for creating compelling titles, descriptions, metadata, thumbnail copy, website landing pages, marketing copy, and video/voiceover scripts that help our content reach larger audiences across YouTube, streaming platforms, websites, and social media.
You should be comfortable using AI tools like Claude to support and improve the creative process. This might include generating multiple title and description options, refining ideas based on brand and platform requirements, and organizing copy for review and publishing.
You'll be encouraged to explore new AI tools and approaches that can improve quality, consistency, and efficiency. Most importantly, you'll bring strong human judgment to the process, serving as the final editor to ensure every piece of copy is engaging, accurate, and on brand.
While these are the primary responsibilities today, this role is expected to evolve as our use of AI grows. We're looking for someone who's excited to identify new opportunities to apply AI across our creative, editorial, and content workflows.
What You'll Do
- Write video and voiceover scripts for original content, branded videos, and other editorial projects.
- Write and edit titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnail text, landing pages, and marketing copy.
- Design and improve AI prompts and workflows using tools like Claude.
- Use AI to streamline content creation and improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Research and test new AI tools that can help our team create better content.
- Serve as the final human quality check on all AI-generated copy.
- Apply YouTube SEO and platform best practices to maximize performance.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who is proactive, curious, and constantly experimenting with new AI capabilities.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
- Expert user of Claude and other generative AI tools.
- Experience using AI tools to support creative work and content production.
- Comfortable writing and improving prompts to get consistently high-quality results.
- Deep understanding of YouTube, metadata optimization, SEO, and digital publishing.
