A three-session virtual program where you learn about careers in the travel industry directly from industry professionals. Fall 2026 sessions run Mondays, Nov. 9 to Dec. 7, 6:00–7:30 PM ET.
Hear directly from people doing the work, ask your questions, and leave with clearer career options and concrete next steps.
Each session includes industry practitioners, participant discussion and questions, and a short career-path activity.
No prior travel industry experience is required.
All three sessions are virtual and run from 6:00 to 7:30 PM ET.
To complete the cohort and receive a Travel Unity Future Leaders Cohort certificate, attend all three sessions and complete the session activities.
Participants who complete the cohort may be considered for mentor matching and other Travel Unity career-development opportunities as they become available. No specific opportunity is guaranteed.
The cohort is for anyone exploring a career in the travel industry, including:

• Recent graduates
• Job seekers
• Career changers
• Emerging professionals
The cohort is offered in English. Alliance membership is not required to apply; if capacity becomes constrained, current Alliance members receive first priority.
